PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AT AQUA-TERRA

Aqua-Terra is defined by its people. At Aqua-Terra, we encourage manpower upgrade and continuous learning. The Academy was set-up for this reason. Here, both management and staff members have free access to consistent learning opportunities.

Aqua-Terra Academy's primary objective is to plan, develop and provide a creditable institution for our employees to achieve greater professionalism, career development and job enhancement.

We strive to achieve a first - class learning faculty for our employees by harnessing expertise, knowledge, technologies, innovations and methodologies within our own resources, and from outside organizations and institutions.

We have basically four (4) study groups to cater for the various interests and development of employees, namely:

1. Business & Career Enhancement Studies (e.g. technical, administration, professional, etc.)

2. Socio-Economic and Workforce Studies (e.g. motivation, interpersonal, photography, teamwork, cultural,
     team-building, self-enrichment, etc)

3. "Adventure Reach" Programs (e.g. executive challenge, study tour, field mission and research,
      outdoor training, etc.)

4. Technological and Methodological Studies (e.g. product knowledge, product seminar, conference, work skills, etc.)
