Fischer Engineering Pte Ltd (Fischer) was established in 1997 and in 2007, Orient Marine Pte Ltd acquired seventy (70%) per cent share equity interest. Fischer is a turbocharger service specialist in Singapore and has a joint-venture company in Shanghai, China under the name of Fischer (Shanghai) Ship repairing Engineering Co., Ltd. Fischer principal business activities are overhauling, repairing, refurbishing, reconditioning, testing, inspection and servicing of turbochargers, governors, automation, fuel pumps and injectors for marine applications.
